CETS UUCP is available from CETS, the Compaq Electronic Technology Symposium. The most recent version of CETS UUCP is usually on the most recently issued VAX SIG tape collection. Note that AXP VMS versions of the CETS UUCP channel programs are not included as CETS UUCP itself does not run on AXP VMS systems at present.
