By default, PMDF assumes that Message Router is running in local time;
i.e., that Message Router has been configured to have no
network time offset. If, however, your Message Router has been
configured with a network time offset (usually from GMT, Greenwich Mean
Time), then you should set the PMDF_MR_TIMEZONE logical to
equate to the time zone from which Message Router has been offset,
usually GMT.
When using PMDF-MR as an MR TS replacement to connect directly to Message Router agents, for instance, ALL-IN-1 or MailWorks, usually it is most appropriate to configure the agent, ALL-IN-1 or MailWorks, to run in local time, with no time offset.
